Never be afraid of change

”Choose to shine even after all the storms you’ve been through.”   Change can be hard, intimidating and messy. Painful even. However, in order to grow as humans we’ve to change. We’ve to challenge ourselves, and never be afraid of trying new things. Stay open minded – the world is limitless. Stay curious -the world is filled with possibilities. Change is helping you to become the person you’re meant to become.  Rule number 1 – You are not here to make others understand you. You’re here to understand yourself. The more you get to know yourself, the more effortless your life will become. Aristotle once said: ”Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”  It’s usually through change that you’ll find your true, authentic self. Change can of course be painless, simple and smooth – especially if you’re the one in charge of the change. Utterly mesmerized, while watching summer falling so artlessly in love with September, whispering final words of goodbyes. Positivity boost

”Dear human, something wonderful is about to happen.”   There are days when I have to remind also myself of the things I speak so highly of. Like for example the importance of having a positive mindset, no matter what life throws at you. There are a few empowering self beliefs that have the power to change your life. Simply ‘cause I strongly believe; you become what you believe. Our beliefs determine how we treat ourselves, but also how we choose to live our life and treat other people. These beliefs are deeply rooted within us, and therefore it can be very hard to change them. If you notice that your self beliefs are too negative then it’s only one person who can help you, and that person is you. However, in order to change something you first have to become aware of the ”problem”. ”Live from the deepest part of your being.” Human dear, believe in the magical being that you are. Live life in warm yellow light. See the light. Be the light. Let the sun caress your heart, your entire being. Wake up with a grateful heart, witness your presence, and decide every morning that you’re in a good mood. Darling, you always have the choice to be happy, you’re responsible for your own happiness. Be mindful of that nothing is permanent in this world, not even your troubles. This moment will pass, and you will never get it back. Be aware of your breath. Be aware of who you are. Embrace every experience with love and light, cause it will never come again.  Seriously, it’s all gonna be just fine. Start to welcome positive change into every area of your life. Whatever you are, be a good one

  ”Shine your light on this world.”   Once upon a time… … there was a little girl with a big heart and a curious mind. However, this shy and quiet little girl didn’t think much of herself. Always comparing herself with the bright and clever ones, the extroverts, people with confidence. Never did she dare to speak up, cause who would even listen to what she had to say. Though, she had a whole little world inside her brain; always dreaming, planning and visualizing. Creating stories, and no one to tell.  And the day came, when her heart got stolen, broken and totally cracked open. Dark months went by. However, gradually sunlight started pouring in, leaving her feeling lighter and brighter. Her heart might had been broken, but her soul finally had woken.  And while her brain was still busy dreaming and creating stories, she knew there was one goal more important than the others; to be herself. Power of Thoughts

”Dear sunrise, you bring me peace of mind.” Thoughts are a huge part of who we are. The human mind is a beautiful, yet complicated and sophisticated machine, and it’s estimated that an average person has between 40.000 to 60.000 thoughts per day (National Science Foundation). What is more, 80 % of these thoughts are negative, and 95 % are repetitive.  Nevertheless, one important aspect to bear in mind is; you’re not your thoughts, you’re simply having thoughts. Most of the thoughts that are running through the mind we aren’t even totally conscious of. These so called subliminal messages go un-noticed since they aren’t perceived by the conscious mind. However, whether we notice these thoughts or not they will affect us to some extent. That gut feeling

”Trust your intuition. It knows what your head has yet to figure out.”   Come home to yourself, darling. Stop running away from your inner being, instead run toward yourself. Trust that you hold all the answers within. When you feel at home with yourself you begin to feel safe in the world, and it will become much easier to listen and pay attention to your intuition.  How can we become better at listening to our inner voice, that gut feeling? Here are the most important ways I’ve learned to uncover and trust my intuition. 1. Stay present. ”Breathe in the moment.”  To be mindful in the present moment is one of the most powerful ways to detach from the ego. It’s easy to get caught up in all the shoulds, and thereby forgetting all the wants and needs that lie deep within.
