Dear November…

… there’s no June without you. ”The silent hour of night, and my heart suddenly arise, caressing my awaken sight, while awaiting life, with blissful eyes.” Your days short, nights endless. Swimming in your darkness, facing our deepest fears. There’s no way escaping the twilight, but to invite it to dance. Pour your insecurities on us, cover our lives in darkness, but, you’ll never, ever destroy us. This November is all about harnessing the talents within. Cultivating curiosity, courage, confidence and creativity. Life is filled with opportunities. Trust. It’s about accepting and releasing emotions, negative thoughts. Reaching out to humans through loving kindness and warmhearted action. Striving for growth and progression. Connection and compassion. Speaking with integrity. Being impeccable with the words. There’s always a reason to choose happy. Keep it fresh and wild, darling soul child. In the beginning, even when your goals seem out of reach you’ll have to trust yourself. Trust that you have what it takes to get to where you want to be. In the end it’s only you who decide who you …

The Law Of Life

”I have the power to create my own reality.” What you send out into the universe – through your thoughts, feelings, words – you attract into your life. Cultivating abundant and positive thinking, visualization, and intention-setting, are great ways in order to start creating the life you want. It’s about shifting your focus, shifting your perspectives. It’s about being able to turn a negative day into a great day, simply because you choose to.  Nevertheless, it’s not enough to simply think, write or speak about the things you want in life, however, it’s a vital start. You have to believe, in order to receive. If you don’t believe in yourself and all that you’re capable of, nothing much will grow out of it. What is more, you’ll have to begin to take inspired action. It’s not enough to simply sit on the coach, listening to inspirational podcasts or visualizing dreams and goals coming through – we actually need to take that first step as well, not knowing where it will take us. ”Bring your thoughts …

Choose your thoughts wisely

”October dear, I breathe you in like air.” Thoughts are a huge part of who we are. The human mind is a beautiful, yet complicated and sophisticated machine, and it’s estimated that an average person has between 40.000 to 60.000 thoughts per day (National Science Foundation). What is more, 80 % of these thoughts are negative, and 95 % are repetitive.  Nevertheless, one important aspect to bare in mind is that you’re not your thoughts, you’re simply having thoughts. Furthermore, you aren’t even conscious of most of the thoughts running through your mind. These so called subliminal messages go un-noticed since they aren’t perceived by the conscious mind. However, whether we notice these thoughts or not they will affect us to some extent. Pay attention to your thoughts According to the facts above it might seem that all we do is complain, whine or have thoughts that diminish our own or other people’s self worth, and mostly without even being aware of it. According to Eckhart Tolle one of the ego’s favourite strategies to strengthen itself is through complaining. ”Every …

How to be more gentle with yourself

”Relax. My darling, unwind. Be patient and stay alert. You’re coming home. To yourself.” No one in this world is pure and perfect, not even Nature. If you avoid people for their shortcomings, you will most certainly be alone in this world. And if you’re constantly doubting yourself, and never take the time to actually embrace your accomplishments, you’re most certainly chasing a perfection that doesn’t even exist. Therefore, try to judge less, and love more. Surround yourself with people who understand. People who lift you up. We rise by lifting others. With this being said, below you’ll find some tips & tricks on how to recharge your soul. Your entire being. How to feel all sparkly, and good about yourself again, when you feel unmotivated and ready to crawl back to bed. Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, even you. ”Temporarily closed for spiritual maintenance.” I appreciate the calmness. I appreciate my books. I love spending time alone, getting to know myself on a deeper level. I love to soak …

Dear October…

… you’re golden. ”While some people like to dance underneath the stars in June, others like to play with the red leaves of October, and I’m blissfully, wholeheartedly stuck in the middle.” You’ve never been the favorite, however, you force us to appreciate even the darkest days. Although the sun is hiding, and the clouds are heavy, we survive. It’s during rough times we grow, dear October. It’s during these times life begs us to live. … And like the wisest of them all, you’re letting go of what no longer serves you. Your brisk wind makes everything rejuvenating. The days; alluring and brightful, the nights; dark and calm. I see a star waiting to be born, intentions waiting to be established, a nature waiting to be cherished, and a life waiting to be lived.  October is for watching red leaves falling. Creating space. Caring for oneself, and others. Just like nature, we transform. Becoming whole, empowered and complete. Putting positive intentions into everything we do. Silently witness the beauty of nature – notice how …

The utmost freedom

”When humans stop running away from themselves, the world will become a kinder, more peaceful place.” At times freedom has little to do with the outside world, and circumstances. Man becomes free the moment he becomes free of thought. When he does not longer obsess over the constant chatter in his mind, but instead turns towards the heart. Freedom from compulsive thinking, desire, addiction, outside validation, constant approval. How does one become free of all that? I think one needs to stop. One needs to allow himself to slow down, to listen. When one is constantly bombarding himself with stimuli from outside sources it becomes nearly impossible to hear, or see anything. How is one able to listen to the whispers of the soul if one is continually caught up in the outside circus? How is it possible to become aware of the song of the heart when the sirens of the external environment is set on full volume? One does not typically feel comfortable sitting alone with one’s thoughts. To realise just how dysfunctional …

Small daily habits to improve your life

”Ask yourself; Does this support my innermost being?” While being perfect is rather boring, we should instead strive to be a bit more willing to be the best version of ourselves. A version that will change from day to day, from hour to hour even. Some days we learn, some days we win. However, we don’t stop when the mountain gets too high or the sea too rough. Rather, we adjust. We may scream a little (or a lot), we may laugh at our foolishness. But we continue, we adapt. And that’s how we evolve. ”Fragile you are, little seed. Planted in the depths of thick, dark, nourishing soil. Resilient you are, blooming flower. Early spring.” I strongly believe it’s the small daily habits that encompass the greatest value on our overall wellbeing. Like waking up early dawn, knowing it’s time to make yourself a freshly brewed cup of coffee. The smell and sound of coffee beans grinding. The taste of creamy oat milk, nicely poured on top of a hot, steamy cup of goodness. …

In art I find peace

”Home is where the heart is – within.” .. and that I believe is the most beautiful thing about our hearts: that there’s enough space for everyone. in a world where everythingis chaoticbe the onebreathing calminto it all slow livingthe new living – some things, not meantto be rushed. it’s when the safety around ushas been taken away from usthat it’s time to relyon the safety within listen to the universewhile it sings to youdon’t wait until it screamscause it will

Dear September…

… you make me feel at home. At home in this restless soul of mine. ”Darling, if you want to know love you must lose your fear of me.” The leaves shine bright in warm golden light. Utterly mesmerized, while watching summer falling artlessly in love with September, whispering final words of goodbyes. Be aware darling human, be aware, you’re shifting, like the softest, brittlest wind. Stay open, be alert, now, the perfect time for a rebirth. While I’ve always kept summer close to my heart, still and all I believe my soul breathes for fall.  September is for faith. Love and compassion. It’s for knowing one’s worth, and the ability to shine light in another person’s life. Taking care of the body, as well as the soul. Exploring new cities and friendships. It’s for constantly learning, constantly evolving. Small steps in the right direction. Appreciating every victory, every mistake. It’s for blissful mornings. Dark, quiet evenings. Golden opportunities from dusk till dawn. The bright sunlight caressing thirsty hearts. Thirsty souls. It’s about the ability to …

Dear August

… hug me, I want to feel your heart beat. ”Sometimes I’m weak, scared and vulnerable, nevertheless, more often I’m strong, confident and alive. At peace.” August is for chasing dreams. Catching stars. Peaceful, dark summer nights. August is for late evening swims, enjoying the calmness of the sea. The calmness of the heart. August is for creativity, an imagination deeper than ever. The dark, dark sky filled with stars. Filled with hope. August is for believing in the power of nature. The power of humanity. Humid days and foggy nights. August is for beautiful souls searching for inner peace. Inner light. Loving kindness, curiosity and bravery. The last month of summer, and it’s still June in my heart. But one thing I know, you will be filled with love, dear August. Be brave, darling dear. Be brave. Everything you wish for, believe, and it will come to you. Flowers will grow. Don’t you know you were created to create? Create magic, create yourself. If it’s meant to be it will flow to you, effortlessly and gently. …
