From dream to reality

”Ask yourself if what you do today is moving you closer to where you want to be tomorrow.” Your future is created by being present in the moment. Your future is not created then, somewhere in the unforeseen tomorrow, it’s created now. It’s highly determined by your daily actions, thoughts and habits. By being present with yourself you allow yourself to expand and transform into the highest version of yourself. You accept that where you are right now is exactly where you need to be right now. It doesn’t have to take 3, 5 or 10 years for you to become the highest version of yourself. However, what it does take is for you to put in consistent effort. Dreams usually do not happen over night, but the decision to change can happen in a blink of an eye. Don’t postpone your future just because you’re being lazy or afraid in the moment. See the fear for what it is; fear of the unknown, fear of what’s to come, fear of not being good enough, …

2022 intentions

”Everything you seek, already resting within.” I’m a firm believer in writing my intentions, goals and dreams down, preferably on a piece of paper. I guess I am more of a dreamer/planner than a doer. However, my intentions for the past years were all about taking action and believing in myself and my abilities. Now, looking back on these past months, I not only sense that a stronger confidence has slowly started to grow within me, but I have this strong feeling of being connected to something greater than my physical being. When it comes to intentions, you can choose to write daily, weekly, monthly and/or yearly intentions. I prefer to write my intentions in the beginning of every month, as well as set one daily intention that helps guiding me throughout the day. Setting intentions not only makes it easier to stay focused, but it helps to keep the motivation up as well as staying more grounded and closer to one’s core self. Below you’ll find some of the intentions I’ve written earlier, and …

Intention setting

”Live truthfully” What does it mean to set an intention for the day? Setting an intention not only helps you stay motivated and aligned with your true self, but will also make you more focused and commited to your goals. Furthermore, it sets a tone for the day ahead, and helps you get back on track in case you find yourself struggling to proceed with a task or take action in a certain matter. You can set a specific intention that will change with each day, as well as have one or several more general intentions that follow you throughout the days, weeks and months. One of my more general intentions is to live truthfully. And what do I mean with that? To live truthfully. In essence, I try to stay away from things, actions, behaviours, people, that do not align with who I am. Give an example, please? I try to speak as authentically as possible, towards others as well as towards myself. With this being said, I’m far from perfect, and I’m not …

Daily Intention Setting

”Listen to the universe while it sings to you, don’t wait until it screams, cause it will.” Setting intentions not only makes it easier to stay focused, but it helps to keep the motivation up, as well as staying more grounded and closer to one’s core self. I’m a firm believer in writing my intentions down, preferably on a piece of paper. When it comes to intentions, you can choose to write daily, weekly, monthly and/or yearly intentions. I prefer to write my intentions in the beginning of every month, as well as set one daily intention that helps guiding me throughout the day. Below you’ll find some of the intentions I wrote in January, while planning for the year ahead. However, every once in a while, whenever I feel a bit ”lost”, tired and slightly unmotivated I read them through, in order to find my focus again. And actually, it has helped me a lot, to regain my motivation and find that inner spark. You see, everything you need, seek and long for is …

End of the year intentions

”Everything you need, seek and long for is already within.” I feel it’s a beginning of a new cycle of life. Not only because August is knocking on our doors, but I can feel fresh faced optimism floating in the air. Do you sense it as well? I’m a firm believer in writing my intentions, goals and dreams down, preferably on a piece of paper. I guess I am more of a dreamer/planner than a doer. However, my intentions for 2019 was all about taking action and believing in myself and my abilities. Now, looking back on these past 7 months, I sense a stronger confidence has slowly started to grow within me, as well as a strong feeling of being connected to something greater than my physical being. When it comes to intentions, you can choose to write daily, weekly, monthly and/or yearly intentions. I prefer to write my intentions in the beginning of every month, as well as set one daily intention that helps guiding me throughout the day. Setting intentions not only …

October intentions

”Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” – Lao Tzu Every once in a while it’s good to take a seat in the passenger seat, and take time to reflect; catch up on your thoughts, behaviours, intentions and goals. Writing down clear intentions in the beginning of each month is a great way to tap into yourself, your wants and desires. After declaring your monthly intentions you’re ready to take inspired action. If you commit to your intentions by taking aligned action, you’ll likely end up where you want to go (or somewhere even better).  ”Vivid as the ocean, infinite as the sky, colourful as the leaves go by. Take a glimpse at nature, a glimpse at the stars; remember, your true power is always found within, and beneath, your scars.”   1. Patience (is also a form of action) ”Just let it naturally evolve” Or like Buddha once said; ”Be where you are; otherwise you will miss your life.” Show gratitude for what you have, for where you are at the exact moment. …
