The present moment – the only moment that matters, the only moment that exists. We humans are very good at preparing to live, but not very good a living. Habitually dwelling in the past and dreaming of the unknown future, while having difficulties concentrating the mind on the present moment.

Our society glorifies busyness, and productivity is often equated with success, and that crucial rest is mistaken for laziness. But what if the true essence of a fruitful life isn’t in the rush, but in the still, quiet moment in-between? What if joy, clarity, and contentment are found not in doing more but in being present?
