Dear September…

… and my heart melted. ”While some people like to dance underneath the stars in June, others like to play with the red leaves of September. And I’m blissfully, wholeheartedly, stuck in the middle.” … And like the wisest of them all, you’re letting go of what no longer serves you. Your brisk wind makes everything rejuvenating. The days; alluring and brightful, the nights; dark and calm. I see a star waiting to be born, intentions waiting to be established, a nature waiting to be cherished, and a life waiting to be lived.  September is for watching red leaves falling. Creating space. Caring for oneself, and others. Just like nature, we transform. Becoming whole, empowered and complete. Silently witness the beauty of nature – notice how seductively and effortlessly she’s unfolding her treasures. Fearless. September is for enjoying the darkness, as well as the bright light within. It’s for grasping opportunities. Looking within for happiness, success and courage. Sometimes the things we want the most are closer than we think. PAUSE. ”Life starts all over again when …

Dear October…

… there’s no June without you.  ”The silent hour of night, and my heart suddenly arise, caressing my awaken sight, while awaiting life, with blissful eyes.” As October settles into the world, there’s a quiet shift in the air, a subtle invitation to slow down. To breathe deeper. The days grow shorter, and the crispness of autumn brushes the mornings. Leaves, still clinging to their branches, contemplating their fall before letting go. In this transition, mindfulness comes easily. You begin to notice the small things, the vital things. And with each breath, there’s a grounding, an awareness of the moment. The air cool, but gentle. The sky stretches wide and open, its light softening, casting a golden glow over everything it touches. October feels like a month of pause, a reminder to be present, to notice the earth preparing for its quiet rest. It’s a season that whispers to us to be still, to watch the world change around us, and to feel the beauty in simply being. ………………………….. This October is all about harnessing the talents within. …

Dear November…

… let’s get lost, shall we? ”Get lost, on the path less traveled, and return, a little bit more well-lived.” Embrace the thought – Never fully completed – and your existence might become a little less intimidating. More light-hearted, less heavy. You do not have to have all the answers. All the lovers. All the glimmery, shiny things. As long as you have an intense yearning to listen, understand, and respond accordingly. As long as you carry within a deep desire to experience all that’s making you grow, bold and flow. Compassionate. Get lost, on the path less traveled, and return,a little bit more well-lived.With bruises and scars, but a heart so filled. Smell the roses, taste your tears, unlock your laugh. Whenever your voice can’t carry you– in an honest manner – speak, however soft, and weak. It’s a spinning wheel, or a tranquil deal. Your choice.Off-track, on-track, in-between, love and laughter, fear and disaster. It is you life, be that as it may, always say thank you, for this new day.You do not know what it …

Dear October…

… you’re like the warmest, most passionate hug. Kiss me, empower me. Don’t ever leave. ”While some people like to dance underneath the stars in June, others like to play with the red leaves of October, and I’m blissfully, wholeheartedly stuck in the middle.”   Like the wisest of them all, dear October; you’re letting go of what no longer serves you. Your brisk wind makes everything rejuvenating. Clear intentions. Clear thoughts. Making room for what’s new. The days; alluring and brightful, the nights; dark and calm. I sense there’s a star waiting to be born, intentions waiting to be established, a nature waiting to be cherished, a life waiting to be lived.  October is for watching the red leaves falling. Letting go. Taking action, working hard. Believing in the power of the soul. Believing in oneself. Loving oneself. Just like nature, we transform. Becoming whole, empowered and complete. Putting positive intentions into everything we do. Dare to dream big; if it scares you it means you’ll grow. Silently witness the beauty of nature. Notice …
