Mindfulness practises for setting & achieving goals
”How amusing, that we all pretend to be normal when we can be wildly ourselves instead.” Where do you see yourself one year from now? What can you do today, this week, this month that will bring you one step closer to that version of you? Setting daily, weekly and monthly intentions is a great way in order to move closer to that life. Your future is created now. Visualise, and take inspired action. Write it down. The more specific you are about your goals, the better. Write them down, try to be as clear and precise as possible. Putting words, goals – the desired future – on paper will take you one step closer to achieving your dreams. Start with something small; write something down that you wish to happen this week, and witness how it blossoms into reality. Let go of the how.
