The moment in-between

The space most of us rush past. Ignore. Not the beginning. No the end.Just the middle. The pause. The moment in-between. It’s the quiet after all is done, but before the next flood of inspiration hits again. The space between one thing and the next. The refreshing exhale before something new begins. But we choose to fill it.With noise. With scrolling. With productivity. This constant urge to go go go. Stillness can feel like discomfort.Boredom can feel like ”I am boring”. Silence can be frightening. Empty. But what if you just started to listen? What if those in-between moments —are the places where you can finally hear yourself breathe? The pause where you feel your energy move through your body. The silent spaciousness where you rememberyou don’t have to become anything to already be worthy. This is not the absence of life.This is life. You are life. Unperformed. Unedited. Undistracted. Peaceful. What if you let yourself pause? Be in the slowness.Be in the quiet.Just be. Be. Stay in the now — even when it’s not exciting. Let yourself: There is wisdom in the pause, clarity …

Part 3; The Season of Becoming

After the emptying, after the soft, slow season of receiving, happens a quiet shift. A gentle blooming. This is the season of becoming. Or should I say – the season of returning to the real you. It won’t be a sharp turning point, nor a grand transformation. But a subtle unfolding. A moment when you begin to realise: I no longer need to try so hard to be who I already am. Becoming is what happens after you’ve made space, after you’ve received. It’s the natural order of living in integrity with your inner being. Nothing needs to be forced. It effortlessly arises. This season is filled with forward movement — but not the panicky, grasping kind of action. This is inspired action. It’s rooted, quiet and confident. There’s no more chasing. You’re creating, expressing, responding. You’re living from completeness, not from lack. There’s no need to declare this metamorphose.Your energy speaks louder than your words now. This is you, naturally. Let yourself: In this season, life begins to reflect back the internal work you’ve been doing. Not immediately, nor all at once. …

Your body – the home you carry everywhere

Your body; the one place you’ll live in for your entire life, no matter where you go, what you achieve, or how much your circumstances change it will always be with you as long as you breathe. It is the temple that holds your thoughts, your emotions, your stories; the only home your soul has known in this lifetime. And still, how often do we forget to care for it the same way we would a precious house or sacred space? Before you knew language, you knew sensations such as touch, scent, sight, sound and taste. From day one your body has been communicating with you. Every cell of your body holds information. Have you ever taken the time to listen? Like any home, your loving body requires maintenance — it feeds on rest, nourishment, movement, and compassion. It needs to be listened to when something isn’t working quite right, and appreciated for all the wonderful things it allows you to do each day: breathing, walking, creating, loving, laughing. Living. However, many of us choose …

Part 2; The Season of Receiving

I allow magic to enter my life. After the season of creating space comes a different kind of stillness — not the stillness of letting go, but the stillness of receiving. Now that space has been made, there is room for grace to enter. Room for the gentle, the unexpected, the deeply aligned. But this season asks for a different kind of strength — one that doesn’t grasp or demand, but waits with trust. It’s a quiet courage: there is no rush to fill the silence. But to let the soil remain untouched a little longer. To let the garden grow in its own rhythm. You are not behind. You are not late. You are not lost. You are becoming fluent in a new language: receptivity. Let this be a time where you say yes only when your whole body lights up in response. Where you welcome softness not as a luxury, but as a necessity. Where you let yourself be surprised by what comes — because you no longer need to control it to feel safe. This is …

Part 1; Your season of inner spaciousness

The season of creating space; making room for the fresh, the new. Honest and truthful beliefs, thoughts, and habits. It’s not about becoming a new person, but about returning to the real you. You don’t need to escape the world to reconnect with your true essence— try anchoring yourself throughout the day with small rituals. A deep breath before checking your phone. A moment of stillness before answering someone. Presence to connect before making a decision. Tiny gestures like these say, “I’m here. I remember myself.” The season of emptying. This is not emptiness as in ”lack.” It’s emptiness as in rich, fertile soil. You’re clearing out old roots, old stagnant energies, making room for a love, a life that doesn’t require you to shrink or prove yourself to another. Stillness is not emptiness. It is sacred space for truth to bloom. Let yourself: This is a shift from proving to belonging. When you act from proving, you’re chasing things, whether it’s validation, love or status. When you act from belonging, you’re inviting everything that …

In-between seasons

It’s that time of the year when the body is slowly easing into the warmer and lighter days. Almost feels like nature all of a sudden decided to go from winter to spring. Yesterday’s darkness transforming into pure sunlight. I love the in-between moments, when the winds of change stir, but the horizon remains unclear. You smell possibilities, lingering in the air. Be it nature waking up from her slumber, or your own life unfolding in a new direction; these are the moments when a new curiosity begins to bloom. The uncertainty is often filled with questions; What is to come? Will everything be alright? Even when things are likely to be alright, our minds can still cast shadows of doubt. As surely as flowers find their time to bloom, your path will open as it’s meant to. Just look back at previous moments in your life, when everything turned out well, or better than expected. At times, our only job is to trust. These so-called ”waiting periods” can easily be regarded as boring, it’s …

The Power of Authenticity

We spend our lives seeking answers, as if they were buried deep within others’ minds, only to realise that the truth isn’t a single right answer – it lies within us. There’s something truly magical about authentic people. They move through the world with unwavering sincerity, fully embracing their unique perspectives, passions, and values. And in doing so, they inspire and create space for others to do the same. Think about it for a while; The greatest innovations usually come from those who dare to think differently. Fully rooted within themselves, they don’t seek validation; they follow their inner compass. The path may not always be straight or easy, but it’s one that stays true to who they are. Breaking Free from the Fear of Judgment One of the biggest reasons people struggle to be themselves is the fear of judgment. But here’s the truth: No matter what you do, people will always have opinions. Some will support you, others won’t. Since judgment is inevitable, why not be judged for staying true to your most …

“Relax, my darling, unwind. You are coming home, to yourself.” The present moment – the only moment that matters, the only moment that exists. The Pause That Changes Everything

As you plan for the year ahead and navigate daily life, there is one important thing to bare in mind – the power of the intentional pause. What do I mean with an intentional pause? It’s about taking a breather, that crucial pause when you reconnect with your body, and ask yourself; Is this in alignment with who I am? Is what I’m doing and feeling/thinking right now taking me closer to who I want to become? The more aware you are of yourself and your inner state, the easier it will be to make the right decisions. You see, when you are fully connected with your body, mind and spirit it won’t be as easy to fall astray. I am here now, in this moment. There is nowhere else I need to be. The intentional pause is about reassessing and readjusting if necessary, or simply about confirming; Yes I am right where I need to be right now. All is well. It’s not about judging yourself if or when you have fallen off track, …

Moments with yourself

”Don’t just look; see.” Sitting with oneself is much more than just being alone; it’s about being present with your thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment or distraction. This practice not only creates space for introspection and renewal, it’s a moment of calm. Don’t just look at the world; learn to see beyond what is apparent to the eye. There lies an immense wisdom in-between the words, the shapes, the stars. Oh, dear human, if you only knew everything you already are. How to Practice Sitting with Yourself Starting this practice of ”sitting with yourself” may feel uncomfortable, especially if you’re used to a constant stream of activity. But like any skill, it becomes easier and more rewarding with time. Here’s how to begin: 1. Start Small Set aside just five minutes a day to sit quietly. You don’t need any special equipment or a perfect setting — just a space where you can be undisturbed for a few minutes. 2. Focus on Your Breath Let your breath be your anchor. Pay attention to its …
