99 things for health

”Take care of your mind and body. It’s the only place you have to live.”   You can’t have too many lists. Here’s my list of 99 things for health. Health is not only about looking a certain way – health is about feeling alive, having a positive attitude towards life and being confident in your own skin, as well as being both mentally & physically strong. Health is your greatest wealth.  The importance of sleep. Aim for 6-8 hours sleep/night (And put away the phone 1 hour before bedtime). Staying active throughout the day. While it’s important to exercise regularly it’s as important to be active in your everyday life. Take the stairs. Always take the stairs. If you haven’t broken your foot, then take the elevator. Educate yourself. Try to learn something new everyday. Prioritise the greens, the veggies, the colourful stuff (I did not mean candy when I wrote that).
