Food is much more than calories. Food is nutrients, minerals & vitamins that help us build and feed all our cells of the body. I strongly believe in eating clean, nutritious and unprocessed foods that are free from artificial additives and refined sugar. Food that makes our bodies energized, strong and healthy.
Listen to your body and nourish it with foods that are filled with vitamins, minerals and healthy energy. Focus on the good and healthy stuff, and remember to always think positively regarding food.

I love humans. We’re powerful creatures. If we only knew all that we’re capable of. We can achieve almost anything we set our minds to. Some days I sure wish I had better self-confidence; it comes and goes as it pleases that thing. I can easily get into negative thought patterns and after too much over-thinking, over-analyzing, the thoughts completely destroy my mind. However, the past year I’ve become more aware of this vicious cycle, and I’ve finally began to understand that they’re simply thoughts, merely emotions.
Negative thoughts don’t define you. You’re not your emotions. It’s a powerful thing to be able to master one’s thoughts. Easier said than done though, but becoming aware is the first step. Accepting yourself for who you are – the good and the bad – is crucial in order to become more confident, and to achieve feelings such as peacefulness and contentment.

Do more of the things that set your soul on fire. Whether it’s painting, feeding the poor, singing, writing, teaching children, managing a multi-billion dollar business or practicing mindfulness. Maybe you haven’t figured out what makes your soul spark – that’s totally fine. Don’t overthink. Don’t force things to come to you. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow.
I’m a very anxious human by nature; sensitive and empathetic. But, by learning to appreciate the present moment, as well as showing gratitude to the things in my life, I’ve come to understand that I don’t need to worry so much. We are exactly who we need to be right now. Nevertheless, this is an ongoing learning process. While I’ve become more mindful of this feeling of anxiety I now know, deep down, that it doesn’t determine who I am.
My wish is to inspire you to become more aware; learn to listen to that inner voice, your intuition, your heart. That voice of yours is powerful. I wish to inspire you to believe in yourself. Believe and understand that you can achieve (almost) anything you set your mind to. You’re a powerful human being. We all are.
