Breakfast Lovers! I love mornings. They are like a breath of fresh air, sunshine through my windows, the first page of a new book, the smell of fresh coffee. It is the beginning of a new day. New opportunities. And like a life long love affair it only gets better – you wake up, sip on a cup of coffee, you might even do some light exercise before it is time to sit down and enjoy a healthy, delicious breakfast. After a start like that I assure you are good to go, ready to take on the world. I do believe breakfast is the most important, as well as the yummiest, meal of the day. Enjoying a well-prepared and nutritious breakfast is a fundamental start to any day. Spice up your smoothie

Sunshine smoothie with warm blueberries A creamy and filling breakfast that will kickstart your day. Tasted lovely after a sunny and vibrant morning walk. It’s always a good idea to spice up your smoothies and juices with different flavours. Season with spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, cayenne pepper, chili, ginger, basil, liquorice to mention a few. Not only will they bring an extra deliciousness and enhance the flavour of your smoothie, but they are also packed with antioxidants and may benefit your overall well-being. What you need for one smoothie: 1 dl oats 2 dl unsweetened almond milk One small banana 1 dl frozen mango and papaya pieces Vanilla powder A hint of cardamom  1 tbs maca powder 2 tsp unsweetened almond butter + warm blueberries (1 dl = 0.422 US cups)  Instructions: 1. Mix oats, almond milk, banana, mango and papaya in a blender for a couple of minutes on high speed. 2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy. 3. Cleansing morning drink

En vän till mig rekommenderade denna uppfriskande, syrliga och renande dryck. Man känner riktigt hur bra den gör för hals och kropp. Uppiggande är den också! Om du försöker minska på kaffedrickandet kan jag varmt rekommendera denna. Du behöver: En citron Riven ingefära Lite cayennepeppar och eventuellt gurkmeja Honung Hett vatten Pressa en citron, riv ner lite färsk ingefära, ett par kryddmått cayennepeppar och en tesked honung. Blanda om alltsammans och häll över hett vatten. Cleansing morning drink A friend of mine recommended this bracing cleansing morning drink. It is really nice and healthy and already after the first sip you can feel how good it is for your throut and body. I strongly recommend it if you are trying to cut down on caffeine. Ingredients: A lemon Grated ginger Cayenne pepper Turmeric Honey Warm water Squeeze the lemon into a cup or glass, add grated ginger, a hint of cayenne pepper and a teaspoon of honey. Mix everything with a spoon before you pour hot water into the glass.
