skin products

It’s not always easy to maintain a healthy glowing skin, especially during these cold Winter months. I myself usually suffer from very dry skin during this period. By drinking loads of water, getting enough sleep and fresh air, eating veggies and cutting down on milk products and white sugars I noticed my skin both looks and feels healthier. Adding these foods to your plate also gives the skin an extra boost of health: walnuts, kale, green tea, pumpkin, carrots, sunflower seeds, mackerel, chickpeas, tomatoes, pomegranate, oatmeal…

In addition, for the last 4 months I’ve been using REN skin products and I must say I really love their products. Their Omega 3 Optimum Skin Oil is a lifesaver and helps my skin to stay smooth and soft. It’s a must before heading outside in the cold. Once a week I also use their Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask. Another lifesaver 😉

REN uses only 100 % plant and mineral derived actives and is free from skin unfriendly synthetic ingredients. REN is against animal testing and their products are dermatologist tested and approved.

And by the way this is not a sponsored post. I just fell in love with their range of products and wanted to share my discovery with you guys. I buy these products from the pharmacy here in Sweden and according to their homepage they sell their product in department stores, pharmacies and spas in over 50 countries around the world.

At the moment I use these products:

Rosa Centifolia – Express Make-Up Remover

Vita Mineral – Omega 3 Optimum Skin Oil

Vita Mineral – Daily Supplement Moisturising Cream

Vita Mineral – Active 7 Eye Gel

Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask
